From above our Northern border, and long, long ago come these three beautiful bank checks from two different Canadian Banks.  They are finished with four Canadian stamps (three different) as shown.  Checks  were all dated in the 1940's, so old as we are, eh?

Peruse a group of some 18 stamps forced upon the people of Ukraine by the Nazi government of Germany  during its occupation in WWII (the big one).  All stamps  apparently have full gum and would be considered "mint"  except they are hinged here.  Catalog value exceeds
